This chuck features a Disable Index system with a male-female interface that helps prevent contamination from chips and debris. An evacuation hole is located between the two pneumatic ports—always ensure the SSFP (sealing screw flat point) is securely installed to maintain proper sealing and prevent air pressure loss during operation.

Suitable for WEDM and CNC Machining The MaxxMacro 70 Pneumatic Low Profile Chuck Rust Proof WEDM has two air ports: Z clean port is used after machining to blow air and clean de Z references surfaces, ensuring accurate positioning for future setups. Unclamp port: Used to unclamp the workpiece, inject air at 6 bar to release the clamping mechanism and set up the workpiece, once its positionated stop the air flow to clamp. The chuck has an evacuation hole in the middle of the two ports, always ensure the SSFP is securely instaled to maintain proper sealing and prevent pressure loss.
